The Public Policy by Design™ Roadmap and Model have evolved since it was first developed in 2011. In a nutshell, this flexible, collaborative model aims at ensuring people are clear about ‘why they are doing something’ and ‘who they need to work with’. Similar questions include: “Why are we here?” and “Who are we, really?”. Understanding whether you are best placed to take advantage of specific opportunities in a given moment is arguably more important than knowing “What to do” and “How to do it”.
